One of there driver broke my mirror on my truck he called his boss and told me someone is going to call me never got a call I called the company a few times and they told me a adjuster is going to come out and call me still waiting for that been 3 months stay away from this company they are not professional and from the looks of all the reviews they do not honor there mistakes which is why I am writing this shame on them all I want was to be reimbursed for my shattered mirror RUN AWAY!!!!! I live in a 55 and older development. My HOA hired this company to take care of our lawns. They mow grass when it is wet which pulls up the turf. They don’t fertilize the lawns properly missing large parts of the lawns or not fertilizing at all. The only lawns that look good are usually done by the homeowners or other landscaping companies. They suck and every HOA needs a new company. They break things and do not fix it!
I live in Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown. This company has 1,425 homes to service plus countless commons grounds too. No business can ALWAYS do everything perfectly according to customers and honestly sometimes they are constrained by our budget. Overall, I would give them an "A" considering the sheer magnitude of the job and how well they do it 95% of the time.
Whoever just answered the phone this morning has to be one of the most obnoxious people that I have dealt with in a long time. I would never do business with them again. I just had another company come out to winterize my irrigation system and was informed of a spray head that supposedly was brand new, was in fact not ! Please do not trust this company.
