Jen was very fair in her estimate and with keeping communication open. Her crew was prompt and did a wonderful job cleaning my mom’s little house which was in bad shape. They brought the dull wood floors back to a beautiful shine!! Everyone was very understanding to the situation and worked diligently to meet our short timeline. I will hire Meticulosity again anytime I need any type of house cleaning. The landlord said she plans to keep Meticulosity’s number for future needs too.

We had an empty house cleaning after our house sale. We had a contract agreement for a certain price with the understanding that there would be a phone call if the crew needed more time. In addition, we told the owner of the service we would handle cupboards. Crew showed up late leaving the new owners in a very tough position. Then we get a charge for almost $200 more than was agreed. No phone call before the charge was made.
