Would not recommend, was quoted 300 for a 1200 sq empty town house moving out cleaning. They showed up 25 mins late. Then after 2 hours of cleaning they tell me they can't finish the house in time because it's way dirtier then they thought . They need another 2.5 hours to finish. So im frustrated because it took 2 hours to clean 2 small empty bedrooms and tiny bathroom with 2 people cleaning. They say they need another 300 to finish. Feel like I'm getting scammed. They did a wonderful job, they hit the areas I really needed help with. Made my life 10x easier will definitely use again!
Jen was very fair with the estimate the service was very professional tehy lieve my house amazing clean honestly i love the work I recommend meticulocity wonderful work thank you Jen
Some things were cleaned very well (bathrooms, floors mopped, windows) and maybe my expectation of a dep clean in a moderately already cleaned home is wrong. Baseboards were missed. Closets weren’t vacuumed. Walls with obvious stains weren’t wiped. Maybe my expectations were too high. They did not clean the wood blinds in my office or the ceiling fan in my office. In 5 hours of work, I expected more, I guess.
I’ve used Meticulous Cleaning for the last 2 years. They do an amazing job and would recommend using them.
