Jen was very fair with the estimate the service was very professional tehy lieve my house amazing clean honestly i love the work I recommend meticulocity wonderful work thank you Jen
Some things were cleaned very well (bathrooms, floors mopped, windows) and maybe my expectation of a dep clean in a moderately already cleaned home is wrong. Baseboards were missed. Closets weren’t vacuumed. Walls with obvious stains weren’t wiped. Maybe my expectations were too high. They did not clean the wood blinds in my office or the ceiling fan in my office. In 5 hours of work, I expected more, I guess.
I’ve used Meticulous Cleaning for the last 2 years. They do an amazing job and would recommend using them.
The team was on time and very professional. I am super picky on how my house is cleaned and was very satisfied with the results. They were receptive to my requests and paid careful attention to every detail. I immediately signed up for regular service and will recommend to my friends.
