Big disappointment, listen to your gut feeling! As travelers with limited automotive knowledge, we put our trust in this shop only to be severely disappointed. They "inspected" our van and tried selling us thousands in unnecessary repairs that wouldn't have even fixed the actual problem! Save yourself the time, money, and potential safety risk. I cannot in good conscience recommend this mechanic to anyone.
DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC. We went there for an overheating issue, and after just 10 seconds of looking at the car, they immediately claimed, "The engine is broken," without even properly checking it. We were advised to do a diagnostic (50$), which we agreed to. Then, they told us we needed to replace the entire engine at a minimum cost of $4,500 to $5,500. It was a complete scam. The staff were incredibly helpful. Even on a busy Christmas Eve afternoon when actually all they wanted to do was start on the beers, they attended to my ailing campervan, diagnosed the problem and arranged for it to be fixed on 6 Jan when they could get hold of a part. They got hold of a good but cheap second hand part, fixed the problem in no time and we were on our way with no problems since. High praise from me for their attention and very reasonable rates.
