Location is pretty close to the town but probably not within walking distance; My room was in the lodge itself. It was adequate; clean but not very comfortable. Ample parking area during my mid-week stay. Just an OK option but not a lot of choice in a very small town.
What a great place to stay. I was visiting family in Mazama and Winthrop but wanted a place of my own for a night. The hotel is next to the river and with the window open I could hear it. The room was clean and decorated in NW Country with the knotty pine and all! The best part is it is a nice stroll over a pedestrian bridge and next to the ice skating rink.
