I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but after speaking with Michael Dunn Im spreading awareness! Very poor communication from the practice, when you call they never answer. In order to communicate with someone you must leave a message every single time. No emails, no calls, and no update in their "portal" just CONFUSION. i received an invoice 3 months into my session with my therapist. For almost a year, Methods Therapy has come through for my family. Jordan has been a listening ear and a safe space. Virtual sessions have made it a breeze to make and keep appointments. I also like that in-person is still an option on their beautiful and comfortable office space. Everyone i've been in contact with is very pleasant, non judgemental, and helpful. Highly recommend Methods for your therapy needs, especially your children and teens (they have many feelings too).

DO NOT GO to this practice . I was charged a no show fee despite being present for my scheduled session and was met with rude and unprofessional behavior to correct the issue. I arrived at link provided but do to them switching platforms, they had another link which I never received. I emailed the Dr. Williams letting her know I was on and was met with a back and forth of how I was in the wrong. This could have been resolved by her simply providing me with correct link. I was excited to start therapy services with an all black team. Unfortunately, they did not answer to calls or e-mails. I found their Instagram and DM’d them. Surprisingly, she could reply to my DM to let me know they aren’t taking any new clients. Ut would’ve been more appropriate via email or telephone. Just not a professional business.
