Method is my JAM! Meg, Kat, Linds, KC, Erin, Michelle, Amy and the whole team are just straight FIRE. It's a total vibe, lights out, candles on, music bumping - prepare to lose yourself in the music and sweat your a** off. As Kat recently said - "you'll leave part destroyed, and part rejuvenated after class - in the best way possible!"
