Person who called to schedule an appointment was very rude. She was exceptionally rude when she said she didn't have my file which was sent the week before. In all my years of dealing with clinics, I have never been talked to so rudely. I decided not to use the clinic if she represents them.
They are the best team. My dad has been attending by them, they do care about you and allways with a great attitude. Thanks for the good work you do.
The wound care therapists here are outstanding. Patient-orientated; professional; experienced; caring; and understanding. They involve patients in wound care and stress compliance to reach healing goals. Scheduler goes the extra mile to set up appts with patient desires in mind. PTAs are friendly and very helpful in making patients comfortable while assisting therapists.
