Worst, the most disrespectful, unprofessional and totally against the human values, especially the women’s values. They kept my wife waiting for three weeks to schedule an appointment and ended up saying we don’t have availability. The worst management and most disrespectful place for women.

Wow not enough can be said about our visit. I was horrible. We had to payout of pocket 463.00 for a 10 min visit were we were told my lady was pregnant and then 10 min later she wasn't. They just ran a urine and blood test to confirm that she wasn't pregnant. No problem now we ask for a refund for the remaining 363.00 since no other test were done. So she give us a receipt showing a refund of 363.00 and then they charged a 100.00 for the blood work. Now we waited 2 days for the refund that never came. The decided not to refu... read more

Avoid scheduling with Dr. Charles Downey if you can. When I scheduled I said I preferred a female provider but got him anyway. He was very unprofessional and he commented on my breasts when evaluating them. He said “not much there, is there?” and laughed. There were 2 assistants in the room who heard him say this but I understand they’re not in a place to say anything. I want to shout out Sarah Thomas. This was my second visit with her and I really appreciate everything she’s done for my care. She and the other office staff were very nice and I felt comfortable and cared for during my visit.

Waited nearly 2 months for this appointment, only to walk into a chaotic front desk situation where a patient was yelling for over 10 minutes with no staff intervention. By the time I was helped, I was told I was “over 10 minutes late” and the doctor wouldn’t see me—despite the delay being caused by what was happening at their own front desk. I had already called four times beforehand to let them know I might be about 5 minutes late due to their “10-minute rule,” and no one offered any guidance or flexibility. The main recep... read more
