The worst facility. The test results dont show up on mychart automatically. These guys are living in 1970. Everytime a test result comes in, they have to "scan" it and upload it. We have called them 5times already for our results and everytime "we will upload them in mychart", but after 15 days, we still have not received them. Please save yourself the headache, go somewhere where it's much smoother and better doctor. These people don't know how to use technology efficiently. A blot in the name good service.
This is my 3rd pregnancy and 1st delivery with at Methodist, and I had a great experience I never looked at google reviews, and I came here based on a friend's recommendation, so I was surprised by so many mixed reviews. My wife went in for the first time with issues. Only one was addressed after basically begging and no well-women’s visit on her first visit with a new provider. Definitely not wanting them to care for us when we do get pregnant.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Downey’s for about two years. He is genuinely the best OBGYN I’ve ever had. At first, I was a bit nervous by having a male doctor. But he has addressed all of my issues that no other doctor has found. He is extremely smart, he will be very upfront even if it isn’t the best news. I have always appreciated that.
