I have been coming here for years and have had two babies through the doctors at this practice, although they changed the name/overseeing company in that time. After many issues I am finally ready to not return. While I understand Dr offices schedule appointments, I do not want a Dr that is never available, should an emergency arise. I am 12 weeks pregnant had a hematoma, and seek medical help elsewhere because the earliest appointment I could get with Methodist was 11/14. They turned me away because I went else where to seek medical assistance and they considered me a “transfer”. The lady asked me why didn’t you call us, and I did plenty of times explained how scared I was how I was bleeding excessively, and she could say was sorry. Waited months for this appointment. The office staff sucks!!! Very rude very unprofessional! I have had Dr. Davis with 2 pregnancies and she has been amazing! The nurses are not great! The office manager needs training or they just need to start over with a new one. I’ve seen the same reviews on Dr. Davis but they made it clear it’s not the doctors it’s the staff.
