I wanted to love this office and gave them several tries. But do yourself a favor and go ahead and find a different office. My review was way too long trying to explain all the ways this office has failed me as a patient. Dr Jackson and her nurses were friendly, once you spend hours going through the various other staff, getting mixed answers, and you are finally able to speak with them. The ladies that schedule the appointments ARE SUPER RUDE AND INCOSIDERATE they need some customer service training also they've rescheduled my appointment not once but twice! Never deal with a worst gynecologist office like this one. The inconsistency with appointments is something ive NEVER dealt with before. Good luck getting an appointment at a decent date .
Doctor and Nurses are WONDERFUL but Vickie at the front desk has zero compassion or understanding for others and will do whatever she wants to do regardless of your situation. Vickie is extremely rude and dismissive of all clients.
