She has got to be the least professional individual in all of psychiatric medicine. My first appointment with her was set to be one Wednesday at 2pm. Shortly after I left the office the front desk called me to push my appt back a couple hours because Dr. Zenaida Eclarinal would be leaving early that day. I said that was fine & they set my appt for 12pm. I showed up on Wednesday, quite early, at 11:35am.
