BAD PLACE WONT HELP i went here a couple months ago for help with extreme pain and allergies and they refused to see me cause i dont have a drivers liscense any more im disabled, i dont drive had someone drive me there, i gave them both my insurance cards proof who i am and been there many times in past, the stupid lady at the desk refused healthy care for me. very upset with this place, rotten service for doing that to me. id advise to close this place down with the bad service they gave me. i dont have email, so lea... read more

Went in on January 8 for my usual sinus and ear infection since my regular ENT doctor was out of town, something i get 3-4 Times a year account i have a deviated septum. Said i had fluid in my ear but ruled out a infection, all the symptoms were text book sinus and ear infection. Said i could do a over the counter nasal rinse that i already do and did that morning. I had a visit to Millard Urgent Care today and want to give a huge thank you to Cindy (front desk receptionist), Dr. Alicia Fischer, and Hannah (medial assistant). I was very emotional due to the reason for my visit, and they were all incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They made me feel completely comfortable and supported me throughout my visit. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. Truly exceptional team!
