I got good service there and the providers were thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything about the treatment and options.
Waited as the sign said. A guy and his daughter come in. she calls someone then a nurse comes out takes them to the back prolly her daughter. she tells me receptionist is in the bathroom. few minutes later receptionist walks in with ice cream. then when i am back there the NP didnt listen and i got no help what a waste of my time.
We are from out of town and had a toddler who needed to be seen. We were grateful to find a place open until 10 pm to avoid an ER visit. Our experience was wonderful, receptionist, nurse, and PA were all excellent.
I just visited this location for Urgent Care after being turned down by both CHI and Nebraska Med for walk-in service. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly. I got in immediately, was looked at, and walked out with what I needed within 30-45 min. Great first experience!
