My husband has tried to schedule an appt with this institution for the past 6 weeks. We have been told each time we call that only one person who schedules appts - Ms. Lewis. Ms. Lewis will not answer the phone or return any of my voicemails. I asked to speak to her administrator after calling daily for 3 weeks. I was told her administrator was out and was promised she would call me the following business day. That was 2 weeks ago and I have never received a call. They don't care about you, you're just a spreadsheet statistic so they can qualify for funding. They love to reject liver patients by arbitrary changing requirements.
