Successful surgery!
I recently underwent breast reconstruction surgery at this facility. My surgeon works at PRMA and uses Methodist Landmark. I can’t say enough how professional and caring everyone was. They truly do God’s work. I highly recommend the Surgery Center, as well as the adjacent hospital where I had pre-op labs done (great staff!). Money hungry never got a call about estimate said we could pay 25% and put card down for monthly payments pretty much was told if you don’t have payment no procedure 30 minutes before procedure was supposed to be done one person doing everything at front when there should be 3 chick in clerk admitting clerk and there should be someone to help with payment arrangements pretty showed me patient care is not first sad part is my daughter works for them
I had surgery here yesterday and absolutely cannot thank all the staff enough. From check in to getting wheeled out to my car, every single one of the staff were so kind, informative and helpful. Getting surgery can be a frightful thing, but I'm so grateful I had my surgery here and was handled with such care.
Everyone was extremely nice but there were a few issues with my time here. My original arrival time was 10am but the day before it was moved up to 9am which is fine no biggie. I stop drinking any water from maybe 10pm-11pm the night before. I get there early and check in and it takes awhile before I get taken back for pre op. I probably go back at about 10:20-10:30?
