I'm a Paraplegic. Was in ER on Aug 6th of this yr. Was bleeding in the area of Ostomy Pouch! Very weak in my power wheelchair. And I was bombarded by three different personnel asking me. Three different questions at the same time plus there was only six people in ER. Nursed weren't paying attention to the patient although they were only doing laughing and running around. This is unacceptable!
Staff was very helpful and I was taken care of professionally.
Excelent costumer service 100% recommended, nurses are the best specially Nurse Cyndi. Doctors re so professional and they make sure that I went home in a great health. The visit to ER is not just a hospital visit because they make you feel like you are in home.
