I was quickly seen And well taking care of. From registration to the Tech team , my Nurse and Doctor were each patient, caring and friendly. I felt like they were very thorough while making me feel comfortable.

Don’t come here, you’ll get kicked out for asking questions denied treatment. Racist doctors and the nurses have no bedside manner

It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting to bring my 84-year-old mother to Southlake’s Methodist ER. We would not continue coming back if everything were “fine.” Something is clearly wrong, and being repeatedly told that her bloodwork looks good and there is little they can do when she has had severe symptoms that point to lack of kidney function for 5 straight weeks does not feel like an answer. Everyone was nice and I had a pleasent experience but they are severely lacking in knowledge on ostomys. The doctor refused a test because, "It's impossible to get that with an ostomy". The test I asked for is common in ostomy patients but often missed because we present with different symptoms. I was also told a possitive test result on my CAT scan was "because I have an ostomy" even though I have had my ostomy for 3.5 years and have never once tested positive for it. Wish I did not have to go to the ER but I’m glad I went to this one, I was admitted quickly and cared for. Everyone was friendly and made sure all my needs were taken care of. If you do have to go to the ER 10 out of 10 I would recommend this one, friendly staff professional and very fast service
