Everyone was nice and I had a pleasent experience but they are severely lacking in knowledge on ostomys. The doctor refused a test because, "It's impossible to get that with an ostomy". The test I asked for is common in ostomy patients but often missed because we present with different symptoms. I was also told a possitive test result on my CAT scan was "because I have an ostomy" even though I have had my ostomy for 3.5 years and have never once tested positive for it. Wish I did not have to go to the ER but I’m glad I went to this one, I was admitted quickly and cared for. Everyone was friendly and made sure all my needs were taken care of. If you do have to go to the ER 10 out of 10 I would recommend this one, friendly staff professional and very fast service

Emergency room visits are never enjoyable, but this one was as good a any ER visit could be. My sister and I went there Saturday morning and were treated with care and competence. Tameka, who registered us, Jojo the RN and Dr. Ayaram all performed their roles with proficiency, graciousness and professionalism. Jojo and Dr. Ayaram explained everything clearly and responded thoroughly to our questions.They kept us updated on the progress of getting test results. We appreciate the respect and efficiency of the entire team.

I went to the Methodist Southlake ER on Monday mid-morning. They staff was friendly, gentle and very efficient. I broke a bone in my wrist and I was in and out in a little over an hour. Highly recommend going to this ER. You will be well taken care of!
