Emergency room visits are never enjoyable, but this one was as good a any ER visit could be. My sister and I went there Saturday morning and were treated with care and competence. Tameka, who registered us, Jojo the RN and Dr. Ayaram all performed their roles with proficiency, graciousness and professionalism. Jojo and Dr. Ayaram explained everything clearly and responded thoroughly to our questions.They kept us updated on the progress of getting test results. We appreciate the respect and efficiency of the entire team.

I went to the Methodist Southlake ER on Monday mid-morning. They staff was friendly, gentle and very efficient. I broke a bone in my wrist and I was in and out in a little over an hour. Highly recommend going to this ER. You will be well taken care of!

Took my wife to Methodist ER two nights ago, and after a very frustrating experience at Baylor ER a few days earlier, this was a breath of fresh air. We felt immediately cared about just signing in with Jessie. Jessie got fluids started right away, even though he was already filling two roles due to being short handed. The hospital is Outstanding everyone is nice with great energy from the Time you walk in until you leave you can tell everyone is genuinely concerned very nice clean hospital & 10/10 experience
