They are the worst place in town my wife been waiting for months to get a sleep study medicine and they call her and tell her that nobody is in the office or it's always their computers are down and they set her appointments so far out and then they will always cancel on her on her appointment day
December 31,2025 this was my appt.to go and receive the home sleep study.I took the sleep study st home and returned the kit the next day. A week later I was told I would have take it again because apparently there was no air flow and no data had been recorded and that I would have to take it again. It was later for an appt.to pick up the sleep study which was Feb 16th. They emailed twice to confirm my appt. in which I did. Can’t get anyone to get on the phone to schedule an appointment.
The only problem I have with this place is trying to get someone on the phone. Other than that, the staff were nice, I did the home sleep procedure, and got a CPAP very quickly.
Great technical staff but their billing staff are horrible. They are affiliated with Covenant Health but Covenant can’t find the bill. I called the sleep center, they use a third party for billing. I called that’s third party, they can’t find the bill. They have me call a different billing department, they can’t find the bill and refer me back to Covenant Heath’s billing department. Absolute worse service and experience. I do not recommend.
