Can’t get anyone to get on the phone to schedule an appointment.

The only problem I have with this place is trying to get someone on the phone. Other than that, the staff were nice, I did the home sleep procedure, and got a CPAP very quickly.

Great technical staff but their billing staff are horrible. They are affiliated with Covenant Health but Covenant can’t find the bill. I called the sleep center, they use a third party for billing. I called that’s third party, they can’t find the bill. They have me call a different billing department, they can’t find the bill and refer me back to Covenant Heath’s billing department. Absolute worse service and experience. I do not recommend.

I am both a current patient and a former sleep tech at the lab. This is by far the nicest sleep lab I have had my own sleep study. The beds are comfortable, you have a private bathroom with a nice shower. It is like a handicapped room in a decent hotel. From a tech perspective, I never worked with a crew who had been there as long as they had and who were extremely intelligent and warm. It was a pleasure to work there.
