Avoid this hospital at all costs. Do not waste your time or money here. The level of care at this hospital has been profoundly disappointing. The physicians are incompetent. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the treatment my mother received at Methodist Richardson Medical Center. For the last few weeks, I contact Victor that this driver doesn’t use his turn signals.. and that was 2x. He’s usually in the 8:30-9 am commute on Renner going east bound after Jupiter road.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized experience My family and I had a very bad experience at this hospital. The reception staff were unprofessional and did not seem to know how to deal with patients or families. When I arrived to check in on my sister, the receptionist told me to wait until she finished intake with another patient. She never called me back, and I had to go up and ask again before she finally opened the door for me. My sister waited five hours before receiving treatment. Worst hospital ever I came for a spinal injury @5:30pm I didn’t get a wrist band till 7 I didn’t go to the back till 8:30 it’s now 10:30pm and I’m still waiting

This place gives absolutely no care what so ever for people who don't have insurance. Took my daughter in for chest pain and watched and waited for almost 3 hours in the waiting room before we decided to just walk out and go to a different ER. DO NOT ever go here. Worst staff ever.
