The one time I should've heeded the negative reviews, I didn't. I came in with pins and needles feeling on my face and left arm, and a raging headache, and a really high blood pressure and essentially got scowled at and told it was just a pinched nerve. I've had a pinched nerve, this ain't it. The nerve that some drs/nurses have is insane, I will not consider this facility ever again and hope one day this hell hole gets shutdown which it very much deserves

Staff is nice, but they do not get anything done. Tests ordered early in the morning are not likely to be completed that day. The entire visit is properly summarized by “waiting”.

I understand that the graveyard shift sucks especially on a weekend, but let me tell you, when someone with severe pain goes to the nearest ER and the doors to the ER open at 4:30 am, but there is no one at reception or to be found in any of the connected rooms and no sign saying "we'll be back shortly" or anything, it really sends a message. That message being "we don't actually care about you". Thanks for making me drive 15 minutes to Wylie for care and treatment of my kidney stone instead.

Apparently this isn't a real hospital it's an ER!! Doctors here only treat your symptoms and not the "underlying issue". Feel cheated for not actually seeing a REAL doctor and just seeing the side kick. Don't forget the bill for absolutely nothing. American healthcare system is a joke. Sad really. Will never return, Promise you that!
