Being admitted to the hospital is never a fun thing but my stays here were made more comfortable because of the staff at this hospital. From admit to discharge the doctors, nurses and admin staff were kind, caring and professional. The kitchen staff were willing to work with my dietary needs and the food was tasty and well prepared. The hospital was clean and having a room to myself was a big bonus. I hope to not need hospitalization again anytime soon, but if I do, I would choose Methodist at Westover.
Doctors here are great, it’s just the office staff that is NOT helpful at all. Every time I call my messages are put in stat and get told I will get a call back with updates but they never do. I have driven over there on my work days just to sit in the lobby and have no help whatsoever. I’m literally so sick and tired of being sick from my heart and the office staff just ignored my cry’s for help. I would recommend this place for any of your cardiac issues. The staff very friendly. The Dr was very friendly and informative. She also listened to all of my concerns which I appreciated very much
My appointment yesterday was the first time at this Methodist facility. I was there for several cardiology tests and was amazed with the service. Everything was done swiftly from my arrival to departure and in the right order, and most importantly, with exceptional service. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and you could sense the comfort and professionalism throughout your journey. Well done, and for me, that’s a perfect 10. Thank you for all you do and for representing humanity.
The staff from the front desk to the last test were kind, knowledgeable & very good at their jobs. I would highly recommend!
