I always have a good experience when I go see my Cardiologist at Rivercity Cardiology clinic at 1200 Brooklyn stag is nice and courteous, doctor and nurse Practitioner take time in explaining all aspect so of my test results labs and next steps in treatment.
Staff and doctor was great. Great location for me at least. Waiting area was spacious. Doctor reviewed my records and discussed my concerns because of family health history. She ordered test to be done and follow up when all exams are completed.
Today was my worst experience at any medical facility ever , waited over 2hrs for my 3pm appointment.If I could rate them no stars I would but that is not an option.They should be held accountable just as or more than the patients.
My entire visit to my appointment today was top rated from how I was greeted the moment I stepped into the office until the very end of it. Everyone was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and concerned.
