If you're here to see Dr. Jorge Magallon, expect to wait over an hour before you even get called to the back. Took my grandma to her appointment and the front desk said they're running an hour behind. I asked if this was the norm and she said yes. How ridiculous to run an hour behind consistently while charging your customers a fee of $25 for running late to the appointment. Despicable for the elderly to have to deal with this. The staff is nice but the wait is insane.
I love that we have this facility on the Southside of San Antonio that provide excellent service. The staff and Dr's are amazing. This office is always very attentive to our needs. They always make you feel at ease.
