Never disappointed with anything at this office. Check-in staff is prompt and professional. Wait time is always no longer than maybe 5 minutes. Cesar is always great. He always communicates well and very professional . Dr Heisler is great at what she does. Since day one I have been very pleased with her care. Awesome staff
The wait wasn't long. Front desk was very efficient. Nurse was very professional, and kind. Doctor spent extensive time with me and genuinely seemed to care. 01/05/2026 1 year follow up. Ditto to my first review. I would add, everyone seems to like their job. A very pleasant atmosphere.
I highly recommend this practice if you are in need of a neurologist. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. And Dr. Heisler is fantastic, a great listener and just the doctor I needed to help me through my medical issue. Very happy with the care I have received at your practice.
