Sad to see the decline in care here. My mom was a patient for many years. Now her physician is leaving so they dumped her. I was shocked the practice wouldn't at least temporarily pickup the patients. Such a complete lack of compassion for long-time patients. I guess $$ trumps care.
When their physicians leave the practice, their patients are left hanging without a doctor. They tell pts. that maybe ‘in a year’ they will have a new doctor who can take care of them. This practice takes no responsibility to care for their patients who have been under their care for a decade or more. They just send a letter to announce a physician leaving and wash their hands off.
Always given the best care. From the nurses like Rose and especially Claire ..my great Doctor Timothy Hernandez (who never rushes me)
