I’ve been an established patient with the nurse practitioner here, and this was my first time trying to schedule a prenatal appointment. I had no idea which OB/GYN to choose and expected the office to guide me, especially as this is the first-time. Instead, I was told ‘that doesn’t make any sense’ when I said I wasn’t sure who to see, and was told to look up the doctors myself. I would love to give this place an honest review if they actually made it possible to schedule an appointment with them. You can only schedule prenatal appointments with the nurses who NEVER answer the phone and all you’ll hear for an excuse is “well they’re pretty busy”. Why’re they the ones scheduling the appointments then?? You’ll end up playing a game of phone tag for a week before actually getting anywhere with them. It’s like they don’t want new patients. I got my IUD inserted here in 2022 and it was inserted incorrectly due to the provider not using ultrasound to confirm placement. I ended up getting pregnant, having a miscarriage, and then having to have a D&C due to the misplaced IUD.
This place is not a safe space for women who have a history of sexual trauma. Being left half naked on a bed by a "nurse" who then comes in to say the APRN isn't even in the building, and who then wants to yell at you for leaving... completely unacceptable practices and doing more harm than good. No way would I ever trust this staff to make medical decisions for me when they can't even get to work on time.
My husband, son and I go here. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and so sweet. You dont wait long at all in the waiting room and you get apps same day even sometimes
