I actually enjoy my experience at Indian Hills, I have been going to this center since I gave birth in 2016. I see Dr. Pothuloori , she is amazing and so is her whole team. My issue is with one office staff seated in the waiting room to the left as you walk in. She has been there for a long time. She is a little older but man is she rude. I asked a question about an appointment and she cut me off so quickly, dismissed my other questions, gave no clear directions other than call the appointment line. Every visit I show up the recommended 15 minutes beforehand and they manage to get me in before my scheduled appointment time. This last visit I saw Sarah Sobotka to get a Nexplanon placed. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for. She took an interest in my life and eased my anxiety about the procedure beforehand. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking compassionate care!! Ithaca was also a very kind and supportive nurse.
I started my care at this clinic and I don’t recommend it to anyone after my experience and issues I’ve been having with staff here at Indian hill…in January I went in for a regular exam my annual and then in march found out I was pregnant so then they would always do labs and I had never yet seen an ob doctor at all them in April the did and ultrasound and it caused bleeding and lead to miscarriage…before hand I asked for a letter before I miscarried and got a response they couldn’t give me one and then my miscarriage happe... read more
Yesterday I saw a nurse practitioner named Sarah and I haven’t been treated so poorly in a very long time. She was condescending and dismissive, even going so far as to *argue* with me about the last time I had an annual. I could tell she immediately made assumptions about me and my assortment of tattoos that cover my body. OBGYN refused to see me because I was wearing my mask. I have mild symptoms of cold and not fever. They asked me instead to take a covid test but I declined because of charges.
