I went in on 12/16/25 for a ultrasound and the staff that checks you in decided to let everyone in the room know I had Nebraska Medicaid. Her demeanor was off which made believe she looked down on me and I happen to be a women of color, so this made me feel little. I have had a terrible experience before at the hospital itself after giving birth so there are staff that work for Methodist that are a bit prejudice. The ladies at the front desk were rude especially the one on the very right closest to the door to go back and be seen. She acted like she hated the job and didn’t want to help me.
I recommend this location. From check in to check out it was such a wonderful experience. I dealt with multiple nurses who took great care of me. Amy was wonderful educational and listened well. I highly recommend her to everyone. Also her staff that helped out two girls looked at my veins and got the blood draw in one try when I have very small veins. I will be back to this location had a wonderful experience I’m so glad I came to this location! Thanks for everything Amy and team!
I recently saw Dr. Pothuloori for the first time. I had honestly been avoiding going to the OBGYN at this location because of how the previous dr made me feel about myself. I went to Dr. P on a referral from my mother who thought that Dr. Pothuloori would be kind along with providing a high quality level of care. I was a new patient this may. I called to confirm my yearly pap would be covered under my insurance which was confirmed that it was so I went ahead and set my appointment (which took months by the way) with Dr. Harris. 4 months after my appointment I receive a bill for 308 dollars because I discussed my monthly symptoms with my doctor and that in turn means she “established care” and you’ll end up getting billed.
