I have been a patient at this practice for over 33 years—well before the current building, and throughout the many years at Methodist. Super rude front desk staff. Called to make an appt and the girl I spoke with was a complete jerk on the phone.

“20-29 min established patient visit” came at 255$. I was in and out of the clinic in 10 minutes and knew in advance exactly the condition and the treatment which was a prescription dermal cream, so this seems harsh
