Not only will they medically neglect you, verbally abuse you and they will also fire you. Left me with no dr for future assistance. Won't look at messages for a week. Then when stoma goes necrotic they had me sent across the state via ambulance to call me an idiot and any surgeon an idiot if they touch it. I was told 2 weeks ago we would test for pressure and make surgical plan and well he tested pressures and said I have nothing further to offer go find another surgeon im no longer going to help you.
This is edited as of today. The office personnel reached back to me and been able to address my concerns so far. As a result, I've resumed my appointment for this Friday. Hopefully everything else will go well. Will modify this review in the future depending on the level of service I receive.
Dr. Hernandez and his staff were very professional and made my colonoscopy clockwork. I was in and out, and I went to breakfast after. Great team!
Unfortunately, this my only recourse for my experience. The staff at this facility are very kind and attentive. I was nervous, but the staff helped me feel comfortable. The billing department on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Prior to my appointment, I had called to get a full pre-authorization and cost estimate for a colonoscopy.
