This is edited as of today. The office personnel reached back to me and been able to address my concerns so far. As a result, I've resumed my appointment for this Friday. Hopefully everything else will go well. Will modify this review in the future depending on the level of service I receive.
Dr. Hernandez and his staff were very professional and made my colonoscopy clockwork. I was in and out, and I went to breakfast after. Great team!
Unfortunately, this my only recourse for my experience. The staff at this facility are very kind and attentive. I was nervous, but the staff helped me feel comfortable. The billing department on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Prior to my appointment, I had called to get a full pre-authorization and cost estimate for a colonoscopy. After a few days, a representative called me saying it would be covered and would cost me $0 dollars. Fast forward to after the procedure, I got a surprise bill totalling $2k. I called ... read more
