I gave birth to a baby boy weighing 9lbs 5oz. When we first got in, the lady in the receiving area, was very friendly and accommodating. She told us to wait and a nurse will get us. All the nurses, NICU nurses, anesthesiologist and even the housekeeper that assisted us were very professional and friendly. I never felt any doubts of their capabilities.
