My mother recently spent time in this hospital and I would like to sing the praises of the staff on the 2nd floor. My mom was in Room 246 if I am not mistaken. The nurses Rosette, Jerron and Hannah were so caring and attentive to her needs. Also the assistants Sunnittrice and Janice took excellent care of her. Mom can be rather demanding but they were so caring and understanding. We have absolutely no complaints
This is the worst hospital that I have ever been to. The staff is unprofessional and rude. The wait time is ridiculous. If I could give it all zeros I would. I will never ever ever ever come to this hospital again

07/16/17 Emergency Surgery I don't understand these reviews I totally disagree!!! Methodist Olive Branch Hospital will be my number one choice from this day forward. The reviews I read that are so negative I had to make sure I didn't look up Baptist Desoto it read like every experience I had at Baptist Desoto. It was always hours of waiting rude ass people doctors and staff acted like they had finished school yesterday. CINDY OWENS saved my life . No one Would help me . I called everyone . when I arrived and sat down .i instantly blacked out. she fitted me and refused pay ment and a 40$ tip. The mask was brand new but the owner order a custom one . when she refused my money I began to cry . I had suffered so much .. I know I would be dead right now if Mrs. OWENS didn't help me . I am a caregiver and my client was admitted in methodist north for a few days.i visit my client just a visit and when I arrive my client was almost in tears telling me how she was tryna to get someone to come help her bath.but no-one never came.so I push the call bottom to ask someone to come bath her cause she wanted a bath.they report me to aps with a lot of lies just because she did not want to bath her.will never go there again.
