Dr. Patel and Stacy were awesome from the first time they walked into the room. We live in Lubbock, TX and came to Dallas in hopes of better care. We researched other surgeons but with his stellar credentials and background, we chose him. He was very thorough in expectations and recovery. I had a great experience in their office, but communication is otherwise absolutely DREADFUL. I was referred for a CT and MRI, but my insurance didn't accept the imaging center that I was referred to. I called and messaged via the patient portal to ask for a clinic in network. It took three days to get a reply. The following week, I called the imaging center to schedule and learned that the CT request didn't specify which body part was supposed to have imaging. My first visit was pleasant and professional. Every member of the staff provided the information needed to help me understand what was causing my pain and what the options were to treat it. Dr. Katzen was very supportive and informative. I felt confident in his ability.
