I had a great experience in their office, but communication is otherwise absolutely DREADFUL. I was referred for a CT and MRI, but my insurance didn't accept the imaging center that I was referred to. I called and messaged via the patient portal to ask for a clinic in network. My first visit was pleasant and professional. Every member of the staff provided the information needed to help me understand what was causing my pain and what the options were to treat it. Dr. Katzen was very supportive and informative. I felt confident in his ability.
