The phone system is unacceptable. Office hours for holidays are not posted but there is a vague comment about Facebook. ALL of the options on the answering system go to an “this response is invalid” response. People (in this case an elderly parent) get sick on holidays and there should be a way to determine if the facility is open without driving to it. Complete failure.
