I’m honestly surprised this place is open. Very unprofessional. Never closed the door. Had employees coming in the room I was in discussing other patients stuff. They said they don’t have wound care supplies yet they do wound care. How can you be a doctor but barely know anything. Definitely won’t be back. You trust them to take care of your loved ones but I don’t think they are capable
My doctor is out on paternity leave and I needed some paperwork fill out for my FMLA and that office manager would not fill them out, she gave me a hard time and and threaten to call security on me and this is my doctor.
The doctor is excellent more than I expected in a doctor,she listens and refer me to needed doctors as needed.The three stars come in because I have been trying to get medical records for months.13 months to be exact still no records,I even went in the location filled out a MR form and they state it was filled out wrong,But they were the one that told me how to fill it out.Who knew that something so simple could be so complicated.Other than that this place is great.
