Very clean, quick about getting you in to see the doctor. The staff is exceptionally nice and the doctor's seem to care about the patients. They listen to your health concerns. I feel very comfortable here
This is the worst ever place to be treated. My wife broke here arm and they would not give her any pain meds. Was told to go to Campbell Clinic the next day.I know we have a problem going on with pain meds but hey if the exray shows it how much more clear have you got to be. This place is a joke. If we could give them a 0 we would. STAY AWAY!!!
This was once an amazing medical center. The and Dr. McClatchy and nurses are wonderful. However, the office staff and receptionist are HORRIBLE. They really need to review their customer service manuals.
Disclaimer, I never actually became a patient because the receptionist was incredibly rude while trying to set up my first appointment. I explained my situation that I changed insurance, I need a new PCP and told her I have been on prescription medication and need refills and she cut my off and said just so you know our doctor won't prescribe pain medicine, ADHD medicine or some psychiatric medications. I understand that doctors have to deal with drug seeking behavior but I just need my Acid Reflux and Anxiety/Depression med... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. William McClatchy for over 9 years. In the beginning I believed that he was the best doctor that cared about his patients and had my best interest at heart. Well, over the years I found this to be far from the truth in my case. I have been suffering from a chronic auto immune disease along with other issues, making it difficult to maintain a job due to my conditions and unpredictable flare ups.
