The absolute worst hospital and unfortunately is so close to home this is the third or fourth time I've had to leave in the second time I got kicked out so they said that it is not right to reject an x-ray which they've done like seven total and I told them I've done about five within a month. I don't want another in hospital bills of already ruined my credit because of cancer so I'm not going to be charged more for something unnecessary I need a CT scan for the kidney stone or they said I have one more and then I need a CT ... read more
Staff was cold and uncaring. Wait time was incredibly long. We left and went to a different hospital where the person needing care was immediately taken back. Oak Ridge is an amazing town, but this experience was horrible.
Was taken here by ambulance for some severe abdominal pain and was treated very kindly by Dr chase ranson. He was very kind and I am now feeling better pain wise and I have answers. He also refilled some meds I needed. Very sweet nurse as well. Hospital was clean, and the cat scan tech who took me to the room was very kind . Only complaint was it took a long time for my husband to be brought back to me and I was waiting a while for medication but the experience was better than most I have witnessed at a busy emergency room
As an ER nurse myself, I understand how busy and stressful emergency departments can be. I truly try to give grace because I know what those shifts feel like. However, during a recent visit when my mom was a patient, I had a disappointing experience.
