I went to my third PT appointment on my current prescription (1 earlier prescription) at this facility on Sept 5. I was met in the waiting room by a tech holding a gait belt. When I asked about it, because it was not a part of my previous visits, she said that Bethany, the PT said to put it on. I declined and walked into the PT room, at which point Bethany told me I needed to put it on. I asked why today and not for the past two visits. She responded - "You have only been here once." I needed physical therapy after having both knees replaced. Bethany evaluated my needs on my first visit and created a treatment plan to meet my needs. She and Collin treated me with dignity and respect on each visit. I was able to regain full function on both knees and learned skills that I can continue to use.
