Eight days after the office staff told me they will call me to schedule my initial appointment, I still haven't heard from them. Presumably folks referred for PT aren't interested in waiting an indeterminate time to get in. Just say no to this place that doesn't care enough about patients to even make a phone call or send a text or email.
