My mom’s RN Tanya was the best. She was an absolute Angel.
Disappointed to have come here and literally no test or X-rays were performed.
Came here for extreme dizziness, chest pains, and heart palpitations. Was told by the doctor that I’m young and there was no point in doing any tests because there’s nothing wrong with me and that he knew I was just there to get drugs. I cried in the parking lot for an hour until my husband could come get me because I was too dizzy to safely drive. I ended up being diagnosed with POTS. I’ll never forget how that doctor treated me that day, and I tell everyone I know not to go there.
Worst ER I have ever been to. After waiting for over two hours for chest pains and still not seen by a doctor, we left and drove to the Plano ER to get seen. Don’t go to the McKinney facility if you’re having a medical emergency.
This is the worst facility. They did mistakes in insurance claim and now I have been getting payment notices since last few months.
