Very nice people concerned doctor they are very good people
I recently accompanied my friend to Methodist le bonheur when she suffered a severe asthma attack, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The ER was overcrowded, with gurneys lined up in the hallways, making it feel chaotic and unorganized. Despite the urgency of her condition, the staff barely tended to her, and we had to advocate repeatedly just to get basic care. BEWARE! Methodist lost its contract with their anesthesiology provider in early 2024 and are now using travelling anesthesiologists from who knows where. I had vocal cord surgery at Methodist Germantown in September of 2024, this month. Dr. John Touliatos had nicked my vocal cord nerve while performing thyroid surgery back in 2021 and paralyzed one of my vocal cords.
