Outstanding service tonight in ER
The worst care for patients I have ever seen. No sense of urgency for care for patients and their basic human needs. If a zero stars were possible that is what I would give them.
A nightmare pretty much sums it up! From beginning to end, I was there almost 12 hours, in the waiting room. Others indicated this was normal. The only reason for 2 stars, instead of 1 star, a nurse stayed in the lobby during my visit and she made things manageable.
