A nightmare pretty much sums it up! From beginning to end, I was there almost 12 hours, in the waiting room. Others indicated this was normal. The only reason for 2 stars, instead of 1 star, a nurse stayed in the lobby during my visit and she made things manageable.

Great nurses and staff, but MDs we saw acted like they were inconvenienced having to talk to us for 2 minutes. Get over yourselves and have some respect for your patients; it never will be about you or your little ego.

I was fairly apprehensive about going to this ER based on the 1.5 rating but I was lucky surprised. I arrived to the emergency department via ambulance on 5/13/26 and was assessed rather quickly. They had a triage area set up for the ambulance arrivals that had everything you could think of in hands reach for the nurse. They went over everything and after maybe 10-15 minutes I was moved to a hall bed as they were pretty busy. This ER is a health hazard in every sense of the word. Beyond the total dysfunction and apathy of the staff, the facility itself is unsanitary and dangerous. I observed visible blood and human fluid residue on the patient room chairs—a blatant violation of basic biohazard protocols. After 8 hours with a serious medical emergency I had yet to even speak with a doctor. The staff is openly annoyed by patient presence and clearly indifferent to the risks of infection or medical neglect. This is not healthcare; it is a travesty.
