The Nurses were great, so I feel bad giving a 1 star review, but the Doctor we saw, the security guards, the custodians, and the facility itself are pitiful. Dr. ordered tests that had been performed 3 hours earlier because he didn't bother to look at the chart, security just sat there while an irate man was running around the waiting room cursing, the bathrooms had no toilet paper for over 3 hours and the waiting room is filthy. This is just a professional waiting room nothing medical going on just people talking behind the glass
We have been sitting in the ER for 8 hours. The patient was vomiting and fainting so I had to physically hold her up. Her pain level is a 9. She has not been seen by a doctor. She is passing out on the seats of the ER. Three nurses helped for a total of one minute then left her with no update or no medication. Only after another episode and another patient asking the nurse to help did we get any help/medication. Then she was left to wait for six more hours. Horrible service we had 4 nurses come in and each one asked what are you here for 2 doctors asked what are you here for each mean no one is taking down information on why the patient is here had a nurse who looked 17 draw blood and stick him more than once because she didn’t find a good vain these are some uneducated people calling them Selves doctors and nurses got here at 4 some this afternoon still here and and it’s 2 in the am this is sad and unexceptionable no one came to check on my husband till fully till 2 this morni... read more
