Very nice receptionist and nurses. I only had a ten minute wait to be taking to the back for five different procedures, 3 MRI, 1 CT scan and an x-ray. They are very efficient and organized with their time and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend them.
Made an appointment for a basic xray through Methodist Mychart for 1015. I checked in around 955am. It has taken more than 40 mins to get called back. I understand some of these technologist are hired as a multi-modalities, but a basic chest xray doesn’t take more than 5 mins. The exam itself could be squeezed in between one of the lengthier exams whether it be a CT, MRI, etc. Granted, MRI and CT is where the real money maker is at. Imaging results are chronically slow to be posted. Why do you continue to take people’s money when you can’t deliver proper service? Dial down the damned greed and get your act together. 5 days and still no results.
