Jus got talked to very rudely and hung up on by a very rude nurse ! She answered the room phone telling me I done called 14 times and that she would call me back when she is done talking to her! Mind you that was my very first call to the room phone. My mom has been there 3 days, if they act like that I don't want them taking care of her. WOW! JUS FOUND OUT IT WAS NOT A NURSE, BUT IT WAS THE DOCTOR! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!
I have been here for over an hour waiting it the waiting room there in no one else in the waiting room but me my mom and my aunt all here for me but I’m still yet to be seen
I want to thank the medical stuff in the ER they made as comfortable as they could..
