My brother’s surgery was delayed twice. Once because they didn’t have the entire surgical kit and once because they were unable to print his face sheet. He had to wait hours for them to fix their printing issue and my SIL was not allowed to sit with him in pre-ob, which is customary in real hospitals. Jus got talked to very rudely and hung up on by a very rude nurse ! She answered the room phone telling me I done called 14 times and that she would call me back when she is done talking to her! Mind you that was my very first call to the room phone. My mom has been there 3 days, if they act like that I don't want them taking care of her. WOW! JUS FOUND OUT IT WAS NOT A NURSE, BUT IT WAS THE DOCTOR! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!
