I’m just going to start with this. I was given the wrong patient wristband. I am 25 years old, and they gave me the wristband of a 65 year old woman who came the day PRIOR, with her medical records number. I arrived with severe pain, and the security guard at the entrance was asleep. I was asked to fill out paperwork, and I presented them with my insurance on my phone. If I could rate this zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE IN AN EMERGENCY. I was wheeled in and the receptionists told me to wait while they picked up their DoorDash order. 20 minutes later, they came out and said they didn’t think they could see me because they weren’t sure if they could use an ultrasound or MRI or if they even had one. They have a crazy vending machine and that’s the only thing about this place that’s mildly positive. I literally left for a different hospital. I'm here now waiting to be seen into the emergency room. I tried explaining that I had a certain amount of time to get treatment. The lady at the front desk cut me off, wouldn't even let me ask if they had the medicine. No help nobody is even here I've been in the waiting room for a half hour already. By far the worst hospital I've ever been too. While the front desk lady is engulfing donuts, your health and safety is secondary to those dunkin donuts.

I had a really poor experience here in April 2022. I went here with a sustained panic attack at the advice of a nurse, and chose it because it was the closest ER to where I lived at the time. I was worse off for having gone, and afterwards wished I hadn’t gone. I was there for many hours and the ER space is very open, so I was able to easily hear and see a lot of people who were there, many who seemed mentally ill and were saying really scary stuff.
