Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I expressed my concerns and they didn’t even properly test me regarding said concerns. And the doctor proceeded to inform me that my results would be on my portal the next day.. when they didn’t even take any type of blood or further tests

Admitted here right now. One thing every prospective patient should know before you let an ambulance bring you to this building: at night there may not be a physician physically present on the floors to save your life. The only doctor in the building overnight is the ER physician, who is anchored to the emergency department and cannot leave it. Felt well taken care of by Marissa, Gavin, Mario and Dr.Pfister, they were attentive, actively listened, hospitable, and reassuring. Great ER Experience, they had a great team working the night of my visit, even the rest of the staff I didn’t encounter with, I did observe them being attentive and caring also. 10/10 service, highly recommend Methodist, over any other hospital especially in the downtown area. Thank you Methodist.
