I was there at thier ER on 9/5/25 after a bad fall. I was  in so much pain.Could not stand on my own 2 feet & could not weight bear on the left side of the hip/leg. They knew this. The nurse asked the attending NP if an MRI should be ordered and he said no, just do an X-ray.They then came in and said nothing was broke, gave me a prescription for ibuprofen & discharged me. Before that tho,I told them something wasn’t right, it feels like I have fractured the pelvis & NP insisted no fractures and no breaks. That maybe a bruise... read more

I would not recommend this hospital. Staff is not trained. They called me and asked me to arrive early due to a surgery cancellation. I went in @8:30am. Laid in recovery all day and FINALLY got to my room at 5:30pm. (apparently they move beds from hospital to hospital DAILY as demanded) the overbooked hospital and did not have a bed for me. Once in room, nurse told me not to get constipated, but served tapioca, instant potatoes and green jello for supper!!! AYFKM? I threw it in trash and said ‘bring me salad and prune ju... read more

As a first-time mother, I did what any parent would do—I trusted my instincts and sought immediate medical care when my newborn showed abnormal breathing, rash, and unusual fussiness. We were rushed to this hospital by the Children's ER, who recognized our concerns as serious. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Laudato was dismissive, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting. Instead of listening to my concerns or offering any real explanation for my baby’s symptoms, Dr. Laudato brushed everything off as “normal” and blamed... read more

We arrived for our appointment early for a radiology appointment . When we arrived in Radiology no nurse spoke English. We tried to explain our elderly woman’s left arm could not accept an iv port due to atrophy. The nurse continued to poke and prod. I literally had to tell him that he will not poke this women again. Second nurse could not speak English finally got her right arm started.  During the procedure the patient who has speech and swallowing issued tried to communicate to the doctor her wishes to stop the procedure.... read more

Dr. Kelley delivered both my grandkids!! She was so professional making sure my daughter's health and baby's health was a priority. My daughter had the most wonderful experience having her babies delivered by Dr. Kelley right by her side the whole time. She has a lot of knowledge and very understanding on all issues my daughter had. My daughter now has a boy and girl delivered by one amazing doctor. I definitely recommend her to everyone as she is now my obgyn and my daughter. Thank you Dr. Kelley for always being so caring ... read more

This is my 2nd attempt going to this ER and I have to say this is by far the Worst ER I have ever been to. Filthy restrooms. Staff playing on phone. Went in for troubled breathing waited 4 hours with 3 people in the lobby before being seen in the lobby now at this time lobby is full, and being asked to provide PPI in the lobby near other patients. No rules or regulations in the lobby, their are patients with ivs in wheelchairs etc in the lobby. Unprofessional emergency room. Should be just called room because there is absol... read more

If you want to push some tears out of your eyes and want to be made to feel STUPID, go ahead and give Sabrina a call in Scheduling. She's HAPPY to do so... and LAUGHS at you while she does it. Apparently, people who care about their own health are just JOKES to some of these people, and I DO NOT CARE who reads this. RUDE.
