ridiculous wait times even when not busy. staff not knowing who is in lobby vs in rooms. blood on the walls in rooms (3 separate times). This is not a hospital it is a cash grab to admit and dismiss as many suckers as quickly as possible. Run.
This is by far one of the finest hospitals in the United States. The care team is so humane and humble. Their level of expertise and experience is unmatched. My daughter was born here. My parents were taken care here. Myself and my whole family this hospital is so personal. Just wanted to say thank you!
Don't go here unless you want to wait litterly all day they don't even call your last name EVERYTIME they could call someones first name and there were multiple of the same first names they don't learn. They will call you in make you wait hours call you in make you wait hours and you will be delt with in the hall they don't give you a room unless it's very very serious worst ER ever.
Worst experience of my life!! First,my fiancee called an ambulance, cause I was in the worst pain,for a week,in my joints. I couldn't walk, or use my hands. Instead of bringing me to the hospital, they brought me to emergency. I sat for 3 -4 hours.I felting the emergency room,in tears,the nurse grabbed me on my joints, on my wrist, then pulled my pants up,giving me a snuggy.
