The staff here were so kind and respectful. I came in today for alcohol withdrawal and I didn't feel one ounce of judgement. Also I say this as respectfully as I can, yall are astonishingly gorgeous. I say this jokingly but I hope I have to come back sometime. Thank for helping me today. I appreciate you all so much.
Staff has been amazing given being well past capacity, but WAY too many people are jammed into one waiting room for being this big of an ER. It’s crazy this big of a medical facility can’t have a little bit extra space?
Was in the ER for over 12 hours waiting for a room. The nursing staff in the AM was horrible on this day especially RN Jeremy H, he was rude, aggressive and condescending!! Would not recommend this place!!
Took my husband with dehydration and diarrhea we were there all day during the time he was there his blood pressure started going up they gave him 2 IV fluids discharged him with a blood pressure 169/99 he couldn’t even walk they didn’t assist me with a wheelchair after asking for one. His blood pressure doesn’t run that high his normal is 120/80. Not only was I treated with kindness and thorough attention, but I also observed the same level of care extended to everyone in the waiting room.
