The Dr's here are AMAZING especially Dr. Watts a Neurosurgeon and the Endoscopy team! I'm only giving 4 stars because when I had brain surgery and was in the ICU, all the staff sucked! Asking me when i could leave cuz they needed beds. Excuse me, it's day 2 since brain surgery! And the neuro team would take days to refill my pain meds, unacceptable!
WORST ER I have been to. Long waits, processes are inefficient, workflow is not logical. Nobody knows where to stand at the check in desk, or where to go afterwards. Each person would set an unrealistic expectations for the next person & got mad when I said what I was told. Ex paperwork person the doctor will see you now. Pressed the button it's been hours. My husband and I have had to take a few random trips to the ER over the years, and I was just reflecting on the care. The nurses and doctors in the ER here are so kind and have listened carefully to us. I have never felt dismissed here in my own concerns. Every time we’ve felt taken care of even when our visit turned out to be small. The wait times are rough, so pack a bag of essentials and a charger if you can (or have one ready to go in case of emergencies).
