We were given a prescription but Walgreens stated they needed more info from Methodist to fill it. They stated they called repeatedly and Methodist did not respond. We tried taking her to her urologist but he cannot see her until next week and of course, he wants to take his own labs. Mom is still sick and in pain with no meds. We will probably have to go back to the ER this weekend.

Everyone on staff was so nice and tended to me quickly. The RN and doctor were kind and highly qualified. I have been there once before and my son once before. I would never go anywhere else.

ER nurse was very cold. She left me alone after walking me to the bathroom down the hall quite a distance, and I could barely see out of only one eye. She was borderline rude being short with her responses and instructions. She brought me a blanket but sort of tossed it onto my lap without unfolding it. Everyone else was nice and polite.
