Best ER honestly the quality of the rooms are better than some hotel rooms. Also they were able to get to me really quickly and explained everything perfectly and why they were doing it.

For the first time in my life, I had to go to the ER 3 times within a 2mo span. That's scary enough on each individual moment. The first was gratefully a PVD, not retinal detachment, on a Sunday. Urgent care told me to go there due to my flashes. The staff was super kind and understanding. The second was bell's palsey. My face was sideways and I cannot thank that staff enough for their treatment and kindness to me. This was also a Sunday. They had me in CT scans within the hour. Worst worst ER rude hv kidney stones the wait over an hour was killing me when I asked how long she's we don't know we have no beds rude as can be but a young gentleman walked in said he says kidney stones oh my didn't she take him back immediately they better not charge me I walked out with my excruciating pain

I have MANY reasons to give 1 star. To start the front desk girl was INCREDIBLY rude to literally everyone. Has an attitude with every single patient. If you can’t be kind to people when they’re in a medical emergency this isn’t the job for you. Secondly, I went in to be seen for chest pains and high blood pressure. They completely rushed me, pushed me around, took my BP after I walked up 2 flights of stairs not even 60 seconds prior. When they got a bad reading they didn’t retake. When I walked in the lady at the desk and the lady that put the bracelet on was nice, but everybody in the back room so disrespectful I will never go there again They treated me like I was a prisoner
